Refund and Returns Policy:
At Thejskstores Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with exemplary service. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us immediately at returns@thejskstores.com, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
- Non-Perishable Items: Our refund and returns policy for non-perishable items lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Perishable Items: Our policy for perishable items (such as plantains, bread, etc.) is limited to 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any missing or damaged items. If 24 hours have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Proof of Damage/Missing Items
We may require a photograph showing the issue if it is something that can be visually inspected. We will issue a refund or account credit for the affected item(s) as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return an item, please be aware that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
